The Ringling School Of Animation

The Ringling School of Animation is known for producing computer animation students which regularly win student Academy Awards and place work in the prestigious SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater competition. Ringling School of Animation was started just fours years ago , but it's already making an impact, becoming a prime recruiting ground for the country's top feature film animation and gaming companies.

To attract more students and maintain the quality of instruction, particularly in computer animation, Ringling's head people realized that they need computing hardware which corresponds with its students' raw abilities and ambition. This is the reason why Ringling makes it a policy of choosing the same type of workstations used at feature animation studios and high-end gaming companies. The company looked at hardware from several different vendors and concluded that Hewlet Packard was going to serve the best.
